This year Hospice Dufferin is encouraging our community to talk to their friends, family, coworkers & neighbours to create teams and Hike in Honour of the people they love.

Individual Hikers

• Join a Hike Team online, or contact Hospice Dufferin to be connected with a team. It's a great way to meet new people! (Each Hospice Dufferin staff member is a Team Captain why not join one of their teams?)
• Don't have enough people to create a team? We will gladly help you to connect with others.

Teams

• Create a theme for your team, and have fun. Silly hats, Personalized T-shirts, Hockey Jerseys, Comapny Swag, or Feather Boas... Be unique. Anything goes!
• Choose a Team Captain & Register a Team Name online. Gather 10 people to Join Your Team. Set a fundraising goal, and you're all set to show your support for Hospice Dufferin.
